A fire alarm went off at East Midlands Airport this morning.
Parts of the Castle Donington site were evacuated for the alarm. However it turned out there was no fire at the airport.
Meanwhile, flights have been delayed by more than half an hour this morning and into the early part of the afternoon.
A Ryanair flight to Pisa which was due to leave at 11.30am left at just before 12.10pm, and a Flybe flight to Amsterdam left at 1.30pm, 30 minutes late.
As of 1.45pm, flights appeared to be returning to their normal schedules.
