NOTTS County's League One clash with Crewe Alexandra, scheduled for Saturday, September 6, has been postponed.
The Alex asked for the game to be rearranged due to a number of players receiving international call-ups over that weekend, with the Football League agreeing to their request.
The hosts would be without Marcus Haber (Canada), George Ray (Wales Under-21s) and Liam Nolan (Northern Ireland Under-21s), with Billy Waters on standby for the Welsh squad.
A statement from Crewe read: "The Alex have had a request to have the game postponed accepted by the Football League after a number of players were selected by their respective countries, activating the Football League's three player ruling.
"An announcement will be made in due course for the new date of the fixture."
The postponement means Shaun Derry's Magpies will have a free weekend following their Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie with Mansfield Town at Meadow Lane next Tuesday.
Before then, they will be looking to make it three wins in a row when they entertain Bristol City on Saturday.
