CHINESE restaurant the Flaming Dragon is to leave Nottingham's Cornerhouse by December, it has been revealed.
In its place, a new arcade centre called Funstation will be created.
The owners of the entertainment complex in South Sherwood Street have applied to Nottingham City Council for permission to change the restaurant to an arcade.
The application says Funstation would include air hockey and computer simulation games. It adds: "It will bring a complementary leisure use to the site... as a leisure venue this is the right place for Funstation to locate."
The city council's planning department will consider the proposal.
