BURGLARS broke into the Co-operative supermarket on Trowell Road in Wollaton in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police say the offenders were disturbed by a cleaner at some time after 4.30am. It is not believed anything was stolen.
No one has been arrested in connection with the burglary but the police investigation is ongoing.
The incident comes just a week after another burglary was reported at the same store. It is not yet known if the two are connected.
