BENJAMIN Gilson, 23, of Pyatt Street, The Meadows, was fined £110 after admitting possessing cannabis in Radford on June 16. At Nottingham Magistrates' Court, he was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85. The cannabis will be destroyed.

MATTHEW Hayward, 31, of Waterford Drive, Chaddesden, Derby, pleaded guilty to stealing 13 packets of meat and a multi-pack of crisps, valued at a total of £102.23, from the Co-op, Nottingham, on June 16. City magistrates fined him £140 and ordered him to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
HARVINDER Heran, 54, of Ladbrooke Crescent, Basford, has been banned from driving for 17 months. He pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Woodhouse Way, Strelley, on June 15. When tested, he had 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35. Magistrates in Nottingham fined him £250 and ordered him to pay a £25 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
LAUREN Powell, 19, of Pegswood Drive, Arnold, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Mansfield Road, Daybrook, on June 14. Magistrates in Nottingham heard she had 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the limit is 35. She was fined £165 and banned from driving for 18 months. She was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
GIEDRIUS Stankus, 32, of Guildhall Street, Newark, has been bailed on a charge of drink-driving. He is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on October 27. He pleaded guilty to being over the limit in Guildhall Street on June 15. When tested, he had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the limit of 35.
ELLEN Tolmie, 67, of Oakdale Road, Carlton, was fined £340 after she admitted drink-driving. Magistrates in Nottingham heard she was in a Range Rover in Oakdale Road when she was over the limit on April 20. Her reading was 98 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, over the limit of 80. She was ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and costs of £85. She was banned from the roads for 12 months.
DAMIAN Antoniak, 43, of Oakdale Road, Carlton, has denied drink-driving in Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, on December 19 last year. He was bailed to attend his trial at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on October 1.

PATRICIA Shannon, 43, of Lavender Walk, St Ann's, stole perfume and packs of nappies from Boots. She took two bottles of perfume worth £78 on March 19 and two bottles of perfume worth £96 on March 30 from Boots, Nottingham city. Then she stole four packs of nappies worth £39.96 from Boots, Sherwood, on April 12. Magistrates in Nottingham gave Shannon, who pleaded guilty, a community order and a drug rehabilitation requirement. She must have treatment for drug dependency under the direction of the probation service as a non-resident patient for six months. Her first review will be on August 5. She is required to pay £60 costs. No compensation was ordered because of her limited means.
ANDREW Morgan, 38, of Colley Moor Leys Lane, Clifton, was bailed to attend Nottingham Magistrates' Court after he was accused of stealing £750 between December and January. His case has been listed for July 24.
