Around 12 women could seek compensation from entertainer Rolf Harris, following his convictions for indecent assault.Harris was found guilty of 12 counts of indecent assault, against four women, at Southwark Crown Court on Monday.
It is not known if any of the women who have come forward are among the four victims.
The 84-year-old Australian's youngest victim was said to have been as young as seven or eight years old at the time of her ordeal.
Lawyers reportedly told Sky News they were "assessing the merits" of the claims with a view to "potential" action against Harris.
Police are now considering whether to bring further charges against Harris.
He will be sentenced on Friday.
- It has also now been revealed that Harris was among the celebrities invited to Broadmoor psychiatric hospital with Jimmy Savile, although West London Mental Health have said they are unable to provide specific details of the visits.
